- Cookies freeze beautifully for up to 3 months in an airtight bag.

Can I send this as a gift?
Absolutely — that's our favourite job. Add a $2 postcard to your box (just below Add to Cart) and we'll tuck your words inside, gift-ready.
When will my cookies be delivered?
The date you choose at checkout is your ship date — the day we bake and post your cookies, not the delivery day. From there, allow 1–2 business days for NZ-wide delivery, so pick a ship date a couple of days before you need them. Once they're with the courier, any delays are beyond our control — but they're rare.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes — nationwide shipping across New Zealand, with free shipping on orders over $80.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes — pickup is available at 35 High Street, Auckland CBD. Place your order online, select pickup at checkout, and we'll email you the moment it's ready.
How should I store my cookies?
To maintain freshness, keep your cookies in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For extended storage, freeze them for up to 3 months. To enjoy them as fresh as day one, pop them in the oven at 160°C for 3-5 minutes or microwave for 15-20 seconds.
