Questions, answered
Can I send these as a gift?
Absolutely, it's our favourite job. Add a $2 postcard to any box, type your message, and we tuck it inside. No prices go in the box.
When will my cookies arrive?
The date you pick in the cart is your ship date, the morning we bake and send. Allow 1 to 2 working days on top for delivery, so choose a ship date a couple of days before you need them. We dispatch Monday to Wednesday.
Do you ship NZ-wide?
Yes, anywhere in New Zealand. Free over $75. Under $75 it's $8.50 in Auckland, $10.50 across the rest of the North Island and $14.50 to the South Island. In Auckland? Pick up free at High Street or Elliott Stables.
How should I store my cookies?
Airtight container at room temperature for up to a week, or freeze for up to 3 months. 160°C for 3 to 5 minutes brings back the melt.
Do you accommodate dietary restrictions?
Every cookie contains gluten and dairy, and we bake in a kitchen that handles nuts. Gluten-free and vegan are on the bench. Join the Cookie Club to hear first.
Bulk, corporate or event orders?
Office boxes, client thank-yous and event favours are our thing. Ten boxes or ten addresses, one order. Get a quote in one business day, or email hello@cocolane.co.nz.
