Delivery
- Once dispatched, your cookies arrive in 1 to 2 working days, NZ-wide. Free shipping over $75. Under $75: Auckland $8.50, rest of the North Island $10.50, South Island $14.50.
- The date you choose in the cart is your ship date, the morning we bake and send it. We dispatch Monday to Wednesday. Allow 1 to 2 working days on top for delivery.
- Sending a gift? Add a $2 postcard and type your words. We tuck it inside and never put a price in the box.
Cookie Care
- For peak melt, enjoy within 7 days of arrival.
- Cookies freeze beautifully for up to 3 months in an airtight bag.
- Bring them back to day-one form: 160°C for 3 to 5 minutes, or 15 to 20 seconds in the microwave.

Can I send this as a gift?
Absolutely, it's our favourite job. Pick a $2 postcard just above Add to cart, type your words, and we tuck them inside. No prices go in the box.
When will my cookies be delivered?
The date you choose in the cart is your ship date, the morning we bake and send your cookies, not the delivery day. Allow 1 to 2 working days for NZ-wide delivery, so pick a ship date a couple of days before you need them. We dispatch Monday to Wednesday. Once they're with the courier, delays are rare but out of our hands.
Do you offer nationwide shipping?
Yes, anywhere in New Zealand. Free shipping over $75. Under $75: Auckland $8.50, rest of the North Island $10.50, South Island $14.50.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Pickup is free from 35 High Street or Elliott Stables, Auckland CBD. Choose Store Pickup and your day in the cart and we'll have it ready.
How should I store my cookies?
Airtight container at room temperature for up to a week. For longer, freeze for up to 3 months. To bring back day-one: 160°C for 3 to 5 minutes, or 15 to 20 seconds in the microwave.
