Our Story
At Coco Lane, every cookie tells a story — one of passion, craft, and the simple joy of a perfectly baked treat.
Our journey began in 2023, when founders David and Matilda turned a shared love of baking into something bigger. What started in a small home kitchen quickly found a following, with our thick, gooey cookies becoming a favourite at Auckland's farmers' and night markets.
Fuelled by community and an unwavering commitment to quality, Coco Lane grew beyond the markets — to our High Street and Elliott Stables stores, nationwide delivery, and wholesale partners. Every box is still baked, packed and sent with the same care as the very first.
Our Future
Coco Lane began as a small dream, and today it's a home for cookie lovers across New Zealand. Our next chapter is about widening the world we've built — new flavours, dessert bars and pop-ups, and more reasons to come back.
