Delivery

  • NZ-wide shipping in 1–2 working days. Pick your exact delivery date in the cart — we bake to it so it lands fresh.
  • Free shipping on orders over $80. Under $80, a flat rate is shown at checkout.
  • We dispatch Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday — order before 10am on a dispatch day and it ships that same day. For a deadline, choose a delivery date 1–2 days early to be safe.

Pickup

  • Collect free from High Street (35 High Street, Auckland CBD) or Elliott Stables (39 Elliott Street, Auckland CBD), open daily.

Packaging

  • Sealed in our signature Coco Lane box — gift-ready, with your handwritten note tucked in (the price is never shown to them).
